Reliance Jio launched the country’s most affordable phone JioPhone Next in November last year. It was estimated to cost less than Rs 5,000; However, failing to do so was a major disappointment for the market. The device was launched for Rs 6,499, users can buy it by paying full money or on a unique EMI plan. How to buy JioPhone Next for Rs 1,999?
If the user wants to go for the company’s EMI scheme, then JioPhone Next can be purchased for Rs 1,999. However, it will also include a processing fee of Rs 501 after which you will have to pay Rs 2,500.
After this, users will have many options to continue with Jio’s EMI plan. There are four plans offered by the company, which are as follows: a) Always-on plan, b) Large plan, c) XL plan and d) XXL plan.
>> With the Always-On plan, users will get 5GB + 100 minutes of voice calling every month for 18 months (Rs 350 per month) or 24 months (Rs 300 per month).
>> The large plan will offer users 1.5GB daily data with unlimited voice calling, and will also be available for 18 months and 24 months for Rs 500/month and Rs 450/month.
>> If you want more daily data, then you can go with the XL and XXL plans offered by the company.
>> With XL plan, users will get 2GB daily data along with unlimited voice calling for Rs 500/month (24 months) or Rs 550 per month (18 months).
>> With XXL plan, users will be offered 2.5GB daily data along with unlimited voice calling for Rs 550 per month (24 months) or Rs 600 per month (18 months). All these plans have been introduced by the company with JioPhone Next.
The specialty of JioPhone Next, the
phone comes with a 5.45-inch HD display, which is protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass screen. It comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB built-in memory and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon QM215 processor. Keep in mind, the memory of the phone can be increased up to 512 GB. The phone offers dual SIM and runs on ‘Pragati OS’. Jio and Google apps are also preloaded in this. Along with camera features, there is a 13 megapixel rear camera in the back while the front camera is of 8 megapixels. The phone includes 3500 mAh battery, Bluetooth, WiFi, Hotspot and OTG support.
