Actually, Indian Administrative Service officer Supriya Sahu has made a tweet in which a report has been made about farmer Amresh Singh and the farming being done by him. It is the most expensive vegetable cultivation in the world. Its price is about 1 lakh rupees per kg.
Amresh Singh, who lives in Aurangabad district of Bihar, has cultivated expensive vegetable hop shoots in his field after his hard work. The price of hop shoots in the international market was around one lakh rupees many years ago. Farmer Amresh Singh by profession has started its trial farming under the supervision of Dr. Lal, an agricultural scientist of the Indian Vegetable Research Institute, Varanasi.
According to the report, agricultural scientist Dr. Ramkishori Lal advised farmer Amresh Singh to produce hop shoots vegetable. Its plants were sourced from Himachal Pradesh and the cultivation of hop shoots was started.
Amresh had planted this plant two months ago, which is now slowly growing. Hop shoots are used to make beer and antibiotics. Also, it also proves to be very effective in the treatment of TV. By using it, the skin is shiny and wrinkles do not occur.
For this cultivation, Amresh had requested the agriculture department of the state, which was accepted by the department. If Amresh Kumar is successful in cultivating this vegetable, then the farmers of Bihar can reverse their fortunes by earning more than expected.

According to the news of New Indian Express, farmer Amresh Singh told that I am happy to say that more than 60 percent of the cultivation of hop shoots has been successful. Amresh Singh also made an appeal to Prime Minister Modi. He said that if PM Modi makes special arrangements to promote the cultivation of hop-shoots, in a few years, farmers will earn 10 times more than other means of agriculture.
Previously, hop-shoots were cultivated in Himachal.
Singh says that hop-shoots are cultivated in Britain, Germany and other European countries. Earlier, it was cultivated in Himachal Pradesh in India, but due to the high price, its marketing could not be done properly and later the farming stopped. Farmers Amares Singh also cultivates many other medicinal and aromatic plants apart from hop shoots. They say that the farmer wins by taking a risk with confidence in the field of agriculture. Hop shoots were discovered in the 11th century. It was then used as a flavoring agent in beer. Later it started being used as herbal medicine and vegetable.
