BOB UPI ATM update : Bank of Baroda has launched a new facility for its customers, which will make it very easy for customers to withdraw money, UPI has been the biggest contributor to digital payments for some time now. You can easily transfer money to each other using it. Meanwhile, there has also been a major update in the facility which allows customers to withdraw money from ATM machines using UPI.
In such a case, even if you don’t have a debit or credit card, you get ATM withdrawal facility. Recently, Hitachi Payment Services launched UPI ATM in collaboration with NPCI, after which Bank of Baroda is now offering customer withdrawal facility using UPI without debit or credit card.
The benefit of UPI ATM service is being provided by Bank of Baroda (BOB), a government-owned bank of India. You can easily withdraw money from Bank of Baroda ATMs by scanning the UPI QR code from your mobile.
Bank of Baroda has launched UPI ATMs in public places. If you don’t have a debit card, you can withdraw money using the UPI app. Withdrawal facility will be available from UPI ATMs of Bank of Baroda by scanning the UPI QR code.
Bank of Baroda said in a statement that it is the first public sector bank in the country to introduce UPI ATMs. For your information, last week Hitachi Payment Services launched UPI ATM service at Global Fintech Fest.
Can customers of other banks also withdraw money?
The bank has used Interoperable Cardless Cash Withdrawal (ICCW) technology for UPI ATMs. In this technique no card is required for withdrawal. The bank says its and other bank customers will be able to withdraw money from Bank of Baroda UPI ATMs through a UPI-enabled mobile app.
How to withdraw money from UPI ATM of Bank of Baroda?
- Go to UPI ATM of Bank of Baroda.
- On its screen “UPI Cardless Cash” option will be available, click on it.
- After this there will be cash withdrawal option, select it.
- Now the QR code will appear on the screen, open the UPI app in your phone and scan it.
- After that select the bank account from which you want to withdraw the money.
- After this enter the PIN and after that the transaction process will be completed.
- Cash will come from the ATM after the transaction is completed.
How much money can you withdraw at one time?
You can withdraw Rs 10,000 only once from UPI ATM of Bank of Baroda. For this also, the existing UPI daily limit rule will continue to apply.
