Britain’s most expensive divorce, son will give Rs 760 crore to mother on behalf of father

Many cases of divorce continue to come up, in which sometimes one party gives a lot of money to the other party.

There has been a case of divorce from the UK where in the quarrel of divorce between a husband and wife, about 760 crores will be given to the mother by the son. It is said to be Britain’s most expensive divorce.

According to a Bloomberg report, this decision has been pronounced by a London court. This whole case is related to a couple named Farhad-Tatiana from London and their son Taimur. In his judgment, the judge described the accused son as dishonest, who can do anything to help his father.

What is the whole matter: Actually, Timur wanted that his father’s property should not be shared and the mother could not get more compensation at the time of divorce. According to the report, the judge said in his order that Timur, son of billionaire Farhad, has hidden his father’s assets.

On the charge of hiding money, Timur had told that he did business during his stay as a college student, in which he incurred losses. He argued that he was not hiding his father’s money from his mother, but that he had lost these money while doing business.

In his order, the judge said that how could Timur stop his mother from taking a single penny of marital property. The judge also wanted to know the side of Taimur’s mother Tatiana. She wanted that only the luxury apartments of London should be found in the property to be obtained during the divorce. Although she was willing to take money in exchange for it.

In the end, the judge pronounced his verdict. The judge ordered that Timur will now pay his mother 100 million dollars, or about 760 crore rupees.

How this family dispute grew: According to the report, Timur’s father Farhad was born in Azerbaijan. Farhad created such a huge asset in November 2012 by selling his stake in the Russian gas producer for $ 1.4 billion. However, he refused to give a single money as payment after divorcing his wife.

After the divorce, when Tatiana could not find anything, she filed a case. Not only this, he has filed a case against him in at least 6 countries. After this, the court of London gave this decision. However, Farhad has termed the decision of the court as wrong and misleading.
