State-owned telecom company BSNL has launched a new promotional broadband plan of Rs 399. This plan is available for new users after which they will have to take a broadband plan of Rs 449. The Rs 449 plan has now been made regular. Another important thing is that at present, the Rs 399 plan is available only for users in select circles of Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Kerala. 1000 GB data is available in this plan with 30 Mbps speed. After 1000 GB, your internet speed will be reduced to 2 Mbps. It has been named BSNL Fiber Experience Plan. After this, you will have to take the company’s fiber basic plan of Rs 449.
Will get calling benefit
This plan gives unlimited calling facility to any network without any extra charge. If customers do not opt for any other plan, they will automatically be shifted to the Rs 449 plan. Users can buy this plan by visiting the nearest customer care center or by calling the toll free number – 1800 345 1500.
Information will be given to customers
You will be informed in advance about the migration (transfer from Rs 399 to Rs 449 plan) when your plan is about to expire. Also, the company has said that while taking the plan, the consent of the customers is necessary for this. BSNL has managed to curtail its losses in the last quarter, which is a good sign as it is trying its best to compete with Reliance Jio and Airtel.
Rs 449 plan
