BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) finally got 4G connectivity. Railway, Communications, Electronics and Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav tweeted about this. In the tweet, he told that he made the first call from BSNL 4G network.
He wrote in the tweet that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of self-reliant India is taking shape. The coming of 4G connectivity in BSNL is considered to be a big step. Due to the lack of 4G connectivity, its customers were getting affected a lot.

The government had said that for this 4G connectivity would be released within 2 years. If the IT Minister’s tweet is pointing to its 4G rollout, then it is much ahead of schedule. It is believed that if this was not the case, the government could have given it to a private company.
Some plans of BSNL are much better than the market, but due to lack of 4G connectivity, the company lags behind in the telecom sector. According to the tweet of the IT Minister, the 4G system that is being designed for BSNL could be Made in India.
With the arrival of 4G, BSNL customers will get a lot of benefit. BSNL customers are continuously decreasing due to lack of connectivity.
