BSNL Users Great News ! Knowing the price of prepaid plan reduced, users said – Fantastic, tremendous… Zindabad

BSNL is reducing the price of prepaid plans for its customers who are recharging through its mobile app – Selfcare. Note that the recharge offer is applicable only on plans priced at Rs 201 and above.

new Delhi. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is reducing the price of prepaid plans for customers who are recharging through its mobile app – Selfcare. BSNL launched the Selfcare mobile app a few months back, and it looks similar to the Vodafone Idea (Vi) mobile app. BSNL said that till March 31, 2022, it will offer 4% discount on prepaid plans for users recharged through Selfcare app. Note that the recharge offer is applicable only on plans priced at Rs 201 and above.

Will get 4% off

This offer is applicable only for Selfcare app users. This will not be given to those who are doing their recharge through third party mobile apps like Google Pay, PhonePe and others. Every plan available on the website for the users is available on the Selfcare app. This is not much of an incentive offer for users to recharge through the mobile app as 4% of the Rs 201 plan will cost only Rs 8.04.

More than 10 lakh people have downloaded the app

The strategy is definitely to bring more users to the portal of BSNL Selfcare, including those who already have the app on the smartphone and those who do not. BSNL Selfcare is available for customers who use both iOS and Android smartphones. BSNL Selfcare has a 4.4 star rating on Google Play Store and has already been downloaded by more than one million users. It is a very lite application that does not consume a lot of data.

You can do so many things in the app

Through this app, BSNL users can do recharge, balance check, manage recharge of their friends and relatives and much more. BSNL wants users to migrate from the old My BSNL app to Selfcare app. But BSNL will have to take out many offers without making less discount. Because 4% is too low.
