Call center and BPO changed the way the night curfew works

Most of the call centers and BPO operators have changed the way of working to avoid the impact of the night curfew due to Corona. All the necessary facilities have been made available to the employees from receiving calls at their home. Due to this, they have started working like office as soon as they sit at home. Along with this, most companies working in the field of software development have also provided better facilities for their employees to work from home.

The number of call centers and BPOs in Cyber City is around two and a half thousand. Of these, two-thirds have restored their employees to work from home. Some have started working in the daytime instead of at night. Those who have space, have made their employees stay in the company overnight. Due to this, the night curfew is not affecting the call center and BPO.

It is said that the companies suffered heavy losses during the lockdown last year. At the same time, the emphasis was on technology innovation. Now almost all the companies have this facility that they can do it from their home in the same way that the employees sit in the office and work. After working, all the employees prepare and send the report to the office. The Corona crisis forced the emphasis on new technology. Its benefits are now visible. Most of the employees have been shifted to work from home as soon as the night curfew is implemented. However, the way the office has a working environment, it cannot be made at home. The new technology will mean that the business will not suffer much. This is to say that the work will not stop. During the last one year, a lot of work has been done on developing new technology.

– Gaurav Agarwal, MD, Tanisha Systems Private Limited Last year there was a huge loss due to the lockdown. Most companies have not been able to compensate for it yet. Emphasis was laid on developing new technology to avoid damage like lockdown. Most companies have become successful in this. The result is that as soon as the night curfew was announced, the employees were provided facilities to work from their home. Now, even if the lockdown is implemented, there will not be much impact on the business.
