CBSE Practical Exam Dates 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started preparations for the upcoming year’s CBSE Board Exam 2025. In this sequence, the CBSE Board has released the date of practical examination / project assessment / internal assessment for class 10th and 12th of its Winter Bound Schools for the session 2024-25. Practical examination / project assessment / internal assessment of class 10th and 12th for CBSE winter session schools for the session 2024-25 will be conducted from Tuesday, 5 November 2024 to Thursday, 5 December 2024. However, practical examination / project assessment / internal assessment for all affiliated schools of CBSE in the country and abroad will be held from 1 January 2025.
CBSE Winter Bound Schools Practical Exam Dates 2025
The board has also issued SOPs and guidelines for conducting practical examinations/projects/internal assessments of CBSE winter schools. CBSE has requested all the schools after the winter session to prepare the final list of candidates for completing the practical examinations in respect of their schools on time and ensure that no student of the school, whose name is not in the online LOC to the board, appears in these practical examinations/projects/internal assessments. Along with this, the board has asked to contact the regional office for external assessment and appointment of observers and ensure completion of practical examinations/projects/internal assessments on time and send the answer sheets of practical examination to the regional offices. All these instructions are only for the winter session schools of CBSE.
Dates for uploading practical marks
The marks of all practical exams/projects/internal assessments will be uploaded together from the date of commencement of practical exams. The uploading of marks will be completed by the last date of practical exams.
CBSE Winter Bound Schools
CBSE winter bound schools are those schools where it is extremely cold in January. Schools are closed here due to the temperature going several degrees below minus. In such a situation, board exams are conducted earlier in these states or cities. Schools are closed due to the temperature falling below minus.
