CBSE issues important notice: Due to the farmers’ movement in Delhi, huge traffic jams have arisen at many places. People are getting stuck in traffic jams for hours. Meanwhile, CBSE has issued a notice giving necessary advice to students and parents regarding the board exams starting from February 15.
CBSE Board Exam 2024 Important Notice Out: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to start the board examinations of class 10th and 12th from tomorrow. Board examinations will be conducted from 15 February to 02 April 2024. This year, more than 39 lakh students from India and abroad will appear in the board examination. In Delhi, about 5.80 lakh students will appear for the board exam at 877 examination centres. Meanwhile, keeping in mind the current situation in Delhi, CBSE has given necessary advice to the students and parents.
Heavy traffic jam due to farmer movement
In fact, the impact of the farmers’ movement is being seen on every border of Delhi. Farmers have come out of their homes to protest in Delhi, to stop them, the police force has sealed different borders with heavy barricades. To stop the farmers from entering Delhi, the police have to use tear gas shells. So the farmers are also throwing stones at the police.

Advice to use metro service due to farmers movement
According to the notice issued by CBSE, students and parents have been advised that due to the prevailing situation in Delhi, it is expected that there will be traffic related issues which may cause delay in reaching the examination centre. Therefore, all students are advised to leave their homes early so that they can reach on time as per the instructions issued by CBSE. It is advisable to use metro services to reach the examination centres, which are running smoothly.
Such students will not be able to give board exam
The notice further reads that all CBSE students across the country and other countries are requested to reach the examination center on or before 10 am (IST), keeping in mind the local conditions, traffic, weather conditions, distance etc. Try to reach out. Only those students will be given entry into the exam hall, who enter the examination center before 10 am. After this no student will be given permission to enter.
