CBSE Students: Big News! Shock to the students of class 10th and 12th, did not get this exemption

CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 1 Board Exams of 10th and 12th Term 1 Board Exams have already started. The 10th class exam (CBSE Class 10th Term-1 Exam) has started from 17th November, while the 12th class exam started from 16th November (CBSE Class 12th Term-1 Exam).




New Delhi: The students appearing for the Central Board of Secondary Education i.e. CBSE’s Term 1 Board Exam (CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 1 Board Exam) have got a setback from the Supreme Court and the court has given a hybrid mode  to the students. Has refused to order to provide the option of both offline). This decision of the Supreme Court has come as a shock to the students appearing in the 10th and 12th board examinations of CISCE along with CBSE.

It is not appropriate to interfere in the examination process: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court said that the CBSE Board Exams have already started. It is not proper to interfere and obstruct the whole process. During the hearing, the court said that do not play with the education system. Officers do their job well. it’s too late now.

CBSE said this in the Supreme Court 

The Central Council of Secondary Education (CBSE) has told the Supreme Court that all precautions have been taken to conduct the board examinations through offline mode. Along with this, the number of examination centers has been increased to 15000. Apart from this, the duration of the exam has been reduced from 3 hours to 1.5 hours.

Students had demanded to conduct the examination online

Six students, who appeared in the 10th and 12th board exams, have filed a petition in the Supreme Court alleging that the board’s entire exercise in conducting the term one or semester one examination only in offline mode is “highly unfair”. The students, in the petition, had requested the court to direct CBSE and CISCE to conduct the class 10th and 12th board examinations in hybrid mode ie offline and online instead of only offline mode amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Do it both ways.

CBSE 10th and 12th exams have already started

CBSE Class 10th and 12th Term 1 Board Exams of 10th and 12th Term 1 Board Exams have already started. The 10th class exams have started from 17th November, while the 12th class exams started from 16th November (CBSE Class 10 And 12 Term-1 Exam). At the same time, the examination of semester one of the board examination of the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) will start from November 22.

Board exam format changes

This time CBSE and CISCE examinations will be conducted in 2 times. The first term of these examinations is to be held in November-December 2021, while the second term is to be held in March-April 2022. In both the term exams, questions will be asked from 50-50% syllabus. But the result will be released by combining the marks of both the exams.

Exams will be like this

This time Term-1 exam will be conducted for 90 minutes which will be MCQ based. Students have to fill their answer on the OMR seat. At the same time, the exam of Term-2 will be of 2 hours. There will be descriptive questions in it. Term 2 question paper will be in a different format. However, there may be some short and long questions in Term-2. During this, if the situation of corona in the country worsens, then this method can be changed.
