Citadel Release Date: Prime Video has released the first-look images of the action-packed spy thriller, Citadel, and as expected the first glimpse of the series is making headlines all over. The streaming platform also announced that the explosive series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on Friday, April 28, featuring two episodes packed with high-octane thrills and excitement. Thereafter, a new episode will be released every week till May 26, every Friday.
Russo Brothers AGBO and showrunner David Weil executive produce this high-stakes drama starring Stanley Tucci, Leslie Manville, Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Citadel will be available for streaming in 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Priyanka Chopra has also shared her first look from the show, on which her husband Nick Jonas reacted with a fire emoji.

Eight years ago, Citadel, an independent global spy agency, was completely destroyed. who was tasked with maintaining the safety and security of the people – but was destroyed by operatives of Manticore, a powerful shadow syndicate that manipulates the world. At the time of the Citadel’s destruction, its top agents, Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Singh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), somehow managed to survive and forget their memories of it. Since then, he has disappeared from the eyes of the world, forgetting his past and living life with a new identity. But everything changes one night when Mason is tracked down by Bernard Orlick (STANLEY TUCEY), who previously worked with Mason at the Citadel, who desperately needs his help to stop the Manticore from taking over the world. Mason seeks out his former colleague Nadia. The two detectives then embark on a mission and travel across the world trying to stop the Manticore while battling many odds.
