Where did the price of CNG increase
IGL has increased the prices of CNG in many cities outside Delhi from Rs 1.5 to Rs 4. CNG prices have been increased in many cities including Kanpur, Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Karnal, Kaithal, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Shamli, Mahoha, Banda, Ajmer, Pali.
Where and how much has the price of CNG increased
IGL has increased the price of CNG by up to Rs 4 per kg in Kanpur, Hamirpur, Fatehpur. In Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Karnal and Kaithal, the company has increased the price of CNG by Rs 2 per kg. Apart from this, the prices have increased by Rs 3 per kg in Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Shamli, Mahoba, Banda and Chitrakoot. Apart from this, CNG has become costlier by Rs 1.5 per kg in Ajmer, Pali and Rajsamand from today.
Relief to Delhi
IGL has given relief to Delhi by not increasing the price of CNG there for the time being. Let us tell you that Delhi is the biggest market for IGL. 70 percent of its total production is used in Delhi. Before IGL, Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) had increased the price of CNG in Mumbai by Rs 2 per kg.
