Along with this, people will be able to burst crackers from 8 pm to 10 pm on the day of Diwali. It is worth mentioning that two districts of the state, Alwar and Bharatpur, fall in NCR. In such a situation, bursting crackers will be allowed only for 2 hours in these districts.
According to the order of Bhajan Lal government, areas in the Rajasthan region falling in NCR should be marked for bursting crackers on Diwali and other festivals. Along with this, orders have been given to use high quality and green crackers in wedding ceremonies in these areas. Exemption has been given for bursting crackers for only 2 hours in Rajasthan on Diwali and Guru Parva.
Due to pollution, the sale and bursting of firecrackers has been banned in many states. Now the Rajasthan government has also issued new orders regarding bursting of firecrackers on Diwali, Guru Parv, Christmas and New Year. The government has set a time for bursting firecrackers on Diwali, after which burning or bursting firecrackers will be banned. Also, guidelines have been issued for burning firecrackers in the areas connected to NCR.
There will be a ban on burning firecrackers in an area of 100 meters from hospitals, nursing homes, primary and district health centers, educational institutions, courts and religious places. Burn firecrackers from 08 pm to 10 pm on Diwali and Guru Parv. There will be exemption on burning firecrackers only from 11:55 pm to 12:30 pm on Christmas and New Year.
