Jharkhand Cabinet Decision: A cabinet meeting was held in Jharkhand on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Champai Soren. During this period, 30 proposals have been approved by the cabinet headed by Champai Soren. Jharkhand government has given a big gift to the state employees on Holi. In the cabinet meeting, it has been decided to increase the inflation rate of state employees by 4 percent.

Jharkhand Cabinet Decision is good news for state employees. The state government has increased their dearness allowance by four percent. With this, they will now get 50 percent dearness allowance. Pensioners will also benefit from this. At present they were getting 46 percent dearness allowance.

The State Council of Ministers, held on Tuesday, gave its approval to a total of 30 proposals including increasing dearness allowance. The benefit of increased dearness allowance will be available from January 2024. In the meeting of the State Council of Ministers, the transport allowance given to the state employees was also amended.

Transport allowance of Level One and Level Two personnel has increased. Earlier it was Rs 1350 plus DA, which has been increased to Rs 2600 plus DA. Similarly, 900 plus DA has been increased to 1800 plus DA. Besides, it has been decided to give incentive amount of Rs 2500 to Panchayat servants. Rs 52 crore will be spent annually on this.

Tribal and regional languages will be taught in primary schools

After conducting a survey of government schools in 24 districts by the School Education and Literacy Department for the promotion of tribal and regional languages, schools will be selected for teaching tribal and regional languages. Bell based teachers will be appointed in these.

For this, a selection committee will be formed at the block level. Trained teachers will be given Rs 200 per hour and Rs 600 per working day. Similarly, untrained teachers will be given Rs 120 per hour and Rs 360 per working day. They may have 25 working days in a month.

DFO and ACF will get service extension

The Council of Ministers meeting held on Tuesday has decided to extend the service from one year to three years in view of the vacant posts of DFO and ACF in the Forest Department. There are total 384 posts of DFO in the state, but at present only 62 DFOs are working.

Increment, ACP, MACP and promotion will not be given during extension of service. Similarly, there is a shortage of ACF officials. The total posts of ACF in the state are 156, out of which only 20 are functional. Their service can also be extended from one year to a maximum of three years.

Half yearly and annual examinations will be held at cluster level in government schools.

In the meeting, students studying in classes 1 to 7 in government and non-government aided (including minority) primary schools of the state and recognized under the Jharkhand Right to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011, and government, non-government aided (including minorities) and The program for annual evaluation of students studying in class 8 of applied and aided primary schools was approved.

Under this, the half yearly and annual oral assessment of children of first and second class will be done in their school itself. At the same time, the examination from class 3rd to 7th will be held at the cluster level. The annual evaluation of class 8 students will be done by the Jharkhand Academic Council as before.
