According to the Sixth Pay Commission in Haryana, government employees and pensioners drawing salary and pension will now get nine percent more Dearness Allowance (DA). The state government has increased their dearness allowance from 221 percent to 230 percent. The increased DA will be applicable from July 1, 2023. The outstanding amount from July to December will come into the account along with the salary in February.

The outstanding amount from July to December will come into the account along with the salary in February.
Taking salary and pension as per fifth and sixth pay
Additional Chief Secretary of Finance Department, Anurag Rastogi has issued orders to increase dearness allowance. Seventh Pay Commission is implemented in Haryana, but still a large number of employees and pensioners are taking salary and pension as per the Fifth and Sixth Pay Commission.
Dearness allowance has been increased to 46 percent
According to the Seventh Pay Commission, dearness allowance of two lakh 85 thousand employees and two lakh 62 thousand pensioners drawing salaries has already been increased by four percent to 46 percent in November. Similarly, according to the Fifth Pay Commission, dearness allowance of people drawing pension and salary has also been increased in December.
