DA Hike Order: Big Announcement…! Government increased DA and DR by 4%, these employees will get benefits

DA Hike Latest News: This state government has increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees and dearness relief to its pensioners by four percent with effect from January 1, 2023. UP DA Hike Latest News: Uttar Pradesh government has given good news to the government employees. The UP government has increased the Dearness Allowance (DA) for its employees and dearness relief to its pensioners by four per cent with effect from January 1, 2023. In this regard, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that this would benefit 16.35 lakh employees and 11 lakh pensioners in the state.

This decision has been taken keeping in mind the interests of 16.35 lakh state employees and 11 lakh pensioners working in the UP government. The government has decided to increase the rate of dearness allowance and dearness relief by 4 percent from 38 percent to 42 percent with effect from January 1, 2023.

The salary of government employees will increase by this much

The hike in DA and DR will benefit 16 lakh employees and 11.5 lakh pensioners of the UP state government. This hike will increase the DA and DR for employees and pensioners from 38% to 42%. Earlier on March 24, the central government had increased the DA of its employees and pensioners to 42 per cent. Now the Uttar Pradesh government is also going to increase the DA and DR of its employees and pensioners by four percent.

These states have also increased dearness allowance

In April, the Haryana government had announced a 4 per cent hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) for state government employees. DA is increased twice every year under the 7th Pay Commission. In an order issued on Thursday, the Finance Department of the Haryana government said that DA has been increased from the existing rate of 38 percent to 42 percent of the basic pay with effect from January 1, 2023.
