Delhi Development Authority (DDA) said that the draw for housing unit allotment under DDA Housing Scheme 2021 will be organized on 10 March. Its timing will be at 11 in the morning. The lucky draw will be held in the presence of the judge and senior officials of the DDA. These flats are located in Dwarka, Jasola, Mangalapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.

Under Housing Scheme 2021, DDA has received more than 33 thousand applications till 16 February. 1354 flats will be sold by DDA under this lucky draw. Most of the flats are under MIG (Middle Income Group) and HIG (High Income Group) category. This year, this scheme is completely online, which is being done with the help of AWAAS software. With the help of this software, processing and application work has been done this year.
Out of 1354 flats, the highest are 757 MIG flats. 254 have been allotted under HIG, 52 under LIG and 291 flats under EWS / Janta category. Earlier, the housing scheme was organized by DDA in March 2019. In this, 18000 flats were offered. There were 488 (HIG), 1555 (MIG), 8383 (LIG) and 7496 (EWS) flats in that scheme.
