DDA New Housing Scheme 2025: There is good news for people dreaming of their own house in Delhi. DDA has launched three new housing schemes. These include EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG flats. Also, you can get a flat through e-auction in one scheme. Know what these schemes are
New Delhi: If you are dreaming of owning a house in Delhi, then it can be fulfilled. Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has given a New Year gift to the people. Actually, DDA launched three new schemes related to housing scheme on Tuesday. These include DDA Shramik Housing Scheme 2025, DDA Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme 2025 and DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025.
1. DDA Shramik Awas Yojana 2025
This scheme is mainly for building and construction workers. For this, it is necessary that these workers should be registered with Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB). In this scheme, 700 EWS flats have been prepared in Narela.
This scheme is on first come, first serve basis. In this, flats will be given with 25 percent discount. Their starting price is Rs 8.65 lakh. You can book from Rs 50 thousand. Booking will start from January 15 and will end on March 31.
2. DDA Sabka Ghar Housing Scheme 2025
In this scheme, flats will be given to people of certain categories. These include auto rickshaw drivers and cab drivers (registered in GNCTD), street vendors or hawkers registered in PM Swanidhi Yojana, wives of martyrs, Divyang, SC / ST etc.
In this scheme, EWS and LIG flats are in Loknayak Puram, Sirsapur and Narela. Whereas MIG and HIG flats are in Loknayak Puram and Narela. A special discount of 25% will be given in this too. Their starting price is also Rs 8.65 lakh. Registration will start from January 15.

3. DDA Special Housing Scheme 2025
In this scheme, the sale of flats will be done through e-auction. Under this, 110 HIG, MIG and LIG flats will be sold. The starting price of these flats is Rs 29 lakh.
Registration in this scheme will start from 11 am on January 14. The last date for submission of forms is February 6. The online auction will be held on February 11.
