5,500 new houses in this scheme
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Friday launched a grand housing scheme on the basis of ‘first come, first served’. In this scheme, 5,500 flats of different categories are available at different places in Delhi. DDA says that it has launched this scheme of affordable housing for the people according to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
New flats are built at these places
The apex decision-making body of the DDA had on June 14 approved the launch of the fourth phase of the urban body’s online first-come, first-served housing scheme. It has facility to book flat in preferred locality by paying only token amount. Under this scheme, 1-BHK flats are being made available in Narela, Siraspur, Rohini, Loknayak Puram, 2-BHK flats in Narela and Dwarka, and 3-BHK flats in Jasola.
This is the price of flats
According to the information given by DDA, in this scheme one can buy his house for less than Rs 10 lakh. The price of a 1-BHK flat in Narela is Rs 9.89 lakh. And the price of 1-BHK flat in Loknayakpuram ranges from Rs 26.98 lakh to Rs 28.47 lakh. The price of 3-BHK flats ranges from Rs 2.08 crore to Rs 2.18 crore. While the cost of a 2-BHK flat in Narela is Rs 1 crore, while in Dwarka it is Rs 1.23 crore to Rs 1.33 crore.
Make booking for only 50 thousand
DDA officials have told that the registration of flats under this scheme has started from the evening of 30 June. And the booking for them will start from 12 noon on July 10. In this first come, first served scheme of DDA, flat can be booked by paying only Rs 50,000. DDA says that it has tried to make these houses attractive for the customers and for this connectivity and other facilities have been expanded.
