DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme: If you want to buy a house in the national capital, then there is good news for you. The middle class housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has been launched. DDA has launched three housing schemes for 2024. About 40,000 flats are available for buyers with different incomes. If you are also planning to buy a house in Delhi, then this is a great opportunity. Under the ‘Sasta Ghar’ scheme, a house will be given for only Rs 11.50 lakh. Registration has started for a total of 39,400 flats.
The ‘Sasta Ghar’ Housing Scheme 2024 targets EWS and LIG with 34,177 flats. Another scheme is the Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 (Madhyam Varg) which offers 5,531 flats for MIG and HIG buyers. Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024 comprises 173 premium flats including penthouses and super HIG units in Sectors 14, 16B and 19B of Dwarka.
What Is Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024?
– DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024 is a government sponsored housing scheme. Its objective is to provide affordable houses to middle-income families in Delhi.
– Under DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024, about 5,531 flats will be offered in different installments in Narela, Loknayakpuram and Jasola.
– DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024 is an online scheme on ‘First Come First Serve (FCFS)’ basis.
Date of application
– The time has been fixed till 6 pm on September 16 to participate in the e-auction of flats and deposit the advance amount online.
– Registration for all DDA flats has started from August 22, 2024. The auction process will be started from September 24 to 26 in online mode itself.
– Booking process for EWS, LIG, MIG and other flats under affordable housing and middle class scheme will start from September 10.
How to book?
Interested flat buyers must first visit the official website of DDA i.e. www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
– Then create login credentials using PAN and other details.
– After this, log in with the same.
– Now register for DDA Middle Class Housing Scheme 2024 by paying Rs 2,500.
– Registration is going on from August 22, 2024. The registration amount has to be paid online. Keep in mind that it will not be refunded.
