Delhi Farmers Protest: Agricultural law should not be canceled in any case

0

Raghottam Shukla. The alleged farmers are agitating these days in many places around Delhi regarding the three new agricultural laws made by the central government. The lives of ordinary citizens have been disrupted by some farmers organization sponsored crowd. This crowd has descended on dogma, thwarting the efforts of the government and the committee set up by the Supreme Court. It also made a desperate attempt to tarnish the country’s prestige on the national festival of Republic Day. The entire nation saw how the crowd of miscreants hoisted the national flag at the Red Fort during the rally.

The legislature has its own importance in the pillars of the Constitution. It is his duty to make laws of national importance. There are separate lists of subjects of law making by the Central and State Governments. It also has a concurrent list on which both can make their own laws. If both the Center and the States pass their respective Bills on a subject of the Concurrent List and there is a discrepancy between them, then the Provincial Law is considered void to the extent of the difference from the Central Law. That is, the central law has an overriding effect. Agriculture is in the concurrent list. In such a situation, the Center has done no anti-constitution work by enacting a law on it. What will the government do if it gets the mandate for five years even if it does not make the law? Referendum is not done before passing every legislation! Did not the earlier governments pass the bill in the country? Desperate and frustrated opposition of the country is gathering a crowd of mercenaries to destabilize the constitutional government, which is an anti-national act.

All three agricultural laws are for the whole country. There is peace in most parts of the country and farmers are satisfied with these laws. The question is why there is a ruckus around Delhi? Delhi is the capital of the country and the neighboring states – Punjab and Rajasthan – have opposition governments. The head of the state government of Delhi adopts an anti-center policy in everything. In addition, a large part of Punjab’s land is directly or indirectly under the authority of some of its leaders. The peasants are the laborers who become owners on paper. Therefore, they will have problems with these laws. A Jat leader from western Uttar Pradesh also got 12 bighas of land in succession, But today he is the owner of 200 bighas. It is obvious that they will also see flaws in agricultural laws. These days it is not a difficult task to gather the rental crowd. Especially for the governments and the money rich. Most of the people gathered at such places do not realize the purpose of gathering there. While in the administrative posts, I once asked some people in a movement, when they asked for the purpose of their arrival, they said the name of a zonal leader and said that they had said, “Come on, Takavi is hanging, take it. The car is ready.

The opposition should debate these laws in Parliament meaningfully. It is not fair to play with life by spreading chaos. At the same time, the central government should not repeal these three laws, because it will make it difficult to make new laws in the country. Then democracy will dominate the democracy. This will lead to such serious problems in the country, whose imagination only creates a ruckus.
