Learning license will be available at home

An official said that the Transport Department will soon issue necessary orders regarding this extension. Under this, Delhiites will soon be able to get a learning driving license at home as most of the transport services will be brought under the ambit of the online system. At the same time, the state government is planning to involve around 88 colleges of Delhi University in the work of licensing which will also be open for college students.




No need to keep documents all the time

To make the entire system more efficient and convenient, the government has also come up with the DigiLocker platform or mParivahan App. After its installation, car or two wheeler owners will not have to keep their driving license (DL) and registration certificate (RC) at all times. Instead, they can give a soft copy of these documents to the traffic police or the transport department. Meanwhile, to help Delhi track pollution emanating from vehicles, vehicle owners may be required to hold a Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUC) certificate or take additional action of fined Rs 10,000 and suspended driving license for three months. has given.
