Trains on the Yellow Line of Delhi Metro are running late. Due to this, passengers going to school-college and office on time in the morning are facing problems. DMRC has given this information by posting on its X handle.
The operations on Delhi Metro’s biggest corridor Yellow Line (Samaypur Badli to Millennium City Centre Gurugram) have been affected for an hour on Monday morning. Due to this, passengers are facing problems in commuting during peak hours.
The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has not yet clarified the reason for the disruption in operations, but it is a matter of relief that operations are affected only on a small part of the Yellow Line between Haiderpur Badli and Jahangirpuri.
Passengers travel the most in the Yellow Line Metro
Operations on the rest of the Yellow Line are normal. DMRC has informed the passengers about this by posting on X at 8:50 am and said that metro operations are affected between Haiderpur Badli and Jahangirpuri. Maximum passengers travel in the Yellow Line Metro. Due to this, the daily passenger journey in the Yellow Line Metro is around 18-20 lakhs.
Due to this, the Yellow Line Metro train has the highest crowd of passengers. In the morning, many working professionals from Samaypur Badli and Jahangirpuri also travel to Gurugram by metro.
