Easy to get tickets
Nowadays people have started using UPI for all their small and big needs. From shopping malls, even in grocery stores and vegetable markets, people prefer to make payments through UPI. After upgrading the machines at Delhi-NCI network stations, passengers can now recharge smart cards through UPI and buy QR tickets from their smartphones. This will also relieve them from the hassle of keeping loose money.
Service at 125 stations
DMRC was the first metro service in the country, which started this UPI service for the first time in 208 on select TVMs of Noida and Ghaziabad. Now this network is being extended further. Presently more than 125 stations have already been upgraded with TVM, which makes ticketing service easy and provides a comfortable journey to the passengers. Within a week, their number will be increased further.
