In an interview to Brut, Dia Mirza said, last time I had auctioned all my clothes and this time I made sure that such clothes were bought for the wedding which I can wear again. Diya-Vaibhav gifted the plants to the guests coming to the wedding in a wooden basket with handcraft sourced from Meghalaya. To give the wedding an Indian touch, flowers were ordered from the Hyper Local Market and decorated with them. There is no waste of food at the wedding. For this, all functions were kept very private so that the number of guests could be maintained. It was already ensured that how many people would be vegetarian in marriage and how many non-vegetarian and according to that arrangements were made so that there would be no scope to save food.
