Fans of actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh have been eagerly trying to get tickets for his Delhi concert in October, which is part of the Indian leg of his Dil-Luminati Tour. To save them from falling prey to cybercrime, the Delhi Police has shared a clever warning on their social media.

The Delhi Police has a Diljit Dosanjh connection

They posted a video of a concert based on Diljit’s popular song ‘Born to Shine’. The video carried a humorous message, “Gaana sunne ke chakkar me ticket ke liye galak link par paise dekar apna band na baja lena.”

The caption read, “Paise maange baare ke sochhe duniya, alert raakhon online fraud se bachaye duniya!” with hashtags #OnlineSafety and #CyberSafety. This funny reference to the line “Oh paise mange baare billo soche duniya” from ‘Born to Shine’ caught the attention of both fans and Diljit, who reposted the warning on his Instagram Stories, tagging the Delhi Police and adding a fist emoji to show his appreciation.
