Doorstep Banking Services: Canara Bank offers special discounts on doorstep banking services. The state-owned bank recently announced that charges have been waived for three doorstep banking services for senior citizens.
According to Canara Bank’s Social Media X account (earlier known as Twitter), “Banking at your doorstep has become easier. Our special doorstep banking service promotion campaign is on from 21st to 31st August 2023. This campaign period for all senior citizens is up to three Doorstep banking service charges waived.” Remember, your mobile number must be linked with the bank account to avail this facility. All accounts associated with Customer ID are automatically linked to your mobile number. However, customers without minor, blocked, non-KYC accounts will get doorstep banking services.

What services can be availed at Canara Bank at home?
1. This facility is available on collection of Negotiable Instruments (Cheque/ Draft/ Pay Order, etc.).
2. Request an account statement.
3. New checkbook requisition slip can be collected.
4. Facility of distribution of non personalized check books, drafts, pay orders, term deposit receipts etc. is available.
5. Form 15G, 15H can be obtained.
6. IT Challan/Government Business/ GST acceptance facility available.
7. Issuance of TDS/ Form 16 certificate.
8. Delivery of prepaid instruments/ gift cards.
9. Submission of Digital Life Certificate.
10. Can withdraw cash. A minimum of Rs 1000 can be withdrawn. A maximum of 10000 rupees can be withdrawn.

How to Book Doorstep Banking?
Customers can avail DSB (Doorstep Banking) through three channels. This facility is available through call center, mobile app and DSB web portal.
