Driving Licence rule: Now there is no need for driving test to get a driving license, know the details here quickly

Driving Licence rule: The central government had announced new rules for obtaining a driving licence some time ago. You should be aware of this.

Driving Licence rule: Now you do not need to go to the Regional Transport Office (RTO) and wait in long lines to get a driving license. The rules for getting a driving license have been simplified by the central government. Now there is no need for a driving test. According to the changes made in the conditions required to get a driving license, now you will not need to go to the RTO and give any kind of driving test. The Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has announced these guidelines and they are now effective. This is a big relief.

Driving School and Training

According to the information given by the ministry, now you will not need to wait for the test at the RTO to get a driving license. Now you can register for a license from any reputed driving training institute. If the applicants pass the required test, they will get a certificate from the school. On the basis of this certificate, the applicant’s driving license will be issued.

Those teaching driving should keep this in mind

A minimum of one acre of land should be available for training facilities for two-wheelers, three-wheelers and light motor vehicles, while centres for medium and heavy passenger cargo vehicles or trailers will require two acres of land.

Trainers should have at least a 12th class diploma, at least five years of driving experience and a good understanding of traffic rules.

The maximum time given for running the light motor vehicles course is 4 weeks and up to 29 hours.

For 21 hours, people will have to learn basic roads, rural roads, highways, city roads, parking, reversing and up and downhill driving, among other things. Apart from this, in 8 hours it will include topics like what to keep in mind in traffic on the roads and traffic related information, understanding the causes of accidents, first aid and petrol-diesel while driving.
