What is learner license
A learner license allows you to learn driving with a regular and experienced driver of your choice. If you want to drive a motor car or two wheeler, it should be with a friend, relative or a driving school trainer who has a valid driving license. If you want to become a professional driver and drive commercial, passenger or goods vehicles, you will have to undergo training from a driving school duly recognized by the Department of Transport.
No person may act as a conductor unless he holds an effective conductor’s license authorizing him to act. The minimum educational qualification for this license may be prescribed by the state government. An application for obtaining a conductor’s license can be made to the licensing authority having jurisdiction.
