According to the central agency, Rhea (Rhea Chakraborty) has admitted that she used to bring drugs to the house. It started in November 2019. Not only this, Riya also transferred funds for drugs to Shovik earlier.
The NCB (Narcotics Bureau) investigating the Sushant Singh Rajput case has filed the first charge sheet on Friday. Which also includes the name of Rhea Chakraborty. The central agency in its charge sheet has accused the crime of illegal smuggling against Riya Chakraborty, the girlfriend of the late actor and 32 other persons. It comes under Section 27A of the NDPS Act and has a provision of a minimum jail term of 10 years and maximum of 20 years.
According to the central agency, Riya has admitted that she used to bring drugs into the house. It started in November 2019. Not only this, Riya also transferred funds for drugs to Shovik earlier. Because of which now the agency has accused Riya of buying and supplying drugs.
Riya has also told that Sushant was given marijuana, and cannabis. It is also written in the charge sheet that apart from Riya, his brother Shovik, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, Dipesh Sawant, and another accused named Hrishikesh Pawar used to buy and supply drugs to Sushant Singh Rajput. Where some of these accused are out on the bell at the moment. Where investigation is still going on in this case.
During the investigation, the drugs Aprazolam and Clonazepam, along with hashish, ganja, LSD, ecstasy, have been recovered and they control the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells of the brain. All these have been seized under NDPS Act section 20 (b), 22, 23. Indian and foreign currencies have also been seized.
Let us know that the NCB has presented a charge sheet of 11,700 pages before the court, most of which is in electronic form. It has been said in the reports that 34 people have been accused in the charge sheet including Riya.
