A new update has come out on the transfer of staff teachers. The process of screening for transfer will be completed. Instructions have been given to complete the process by 20 September. With the completion of the process by September 20, the mutual transfer will now have to wait for the winter break.
Employees Benefit: Employee teachers may have to wait for transfer. Instructions have been given to complete the necessary process by September 20 for the process which started from June. Screening of applications will be done before transfer.
Screening of applications
Actually the applications of Council teachers and teachers of Uttar Pradesh will be screened. After this the teacher will be reciprocated by inter-district transfer. Basic Education Council Secretary Pratap Singh Baghel gave instructions to all basic education officers. In which it was said that the registration letter available on NIC’s portal should be downloaded on an excel sheet and placed before the district level committee and the process of screening of teachers should be completed by 20 September.
Resentment among teachers
There is a lot of resentment among the teachers due to the delay in the process of transfer going on since January 20. Teachers say that teachers are being misled for transfer. Additional time has passed since 9 months from the issue of the government order. Summer vacation has also come and gone but till now the process of transfer has not been completed. Teachers have to say that if there can be inter-district transfer of teachers outside the district during teacher period, then why mutual transfer cannot happen within the district.
Action to make pair for transfer of 20752 teachers
Here the process of mutual transfer within the district for primary and upper primary school teachers was started in June. After the first teachers’ application, it was verified. After taking a lot of time, the process got delayed. However, once again the order was issued by the Basic Education Council. In which it has been said that under the process, the process of making pairs for the transfer of 20752 teachers should be completed. The teachers who have completed the process have been provided with registration letters.
Instructions to complete necessary work by 20th September
It will be downloaded by BSA and placed before the committee. Instructions have been given to complete the necessary work by September 20. Action will be taken according to the government order issued on January 20 to relieve the teachers found successful for transfer and take charge. As per point 14(6) of the order, transfer orders and work relief orders will be issued during summer or winter vacations. In such a situation, after the end of the summer vacation, now the teachers can be taken over or relieved in the winter vacation itself.
