The dearness allowance of the employees has been increased. Along with this, a big increase will be seen in the salary of the employees. With the increase in dearness allowance, the amount will increase in their account from September.
Employees DA Hike: There will be an increase in dearness allowance of central government employees soon. Before this, the dearness allowance for the employees was increased once again. Orders have also been issued for this. Under the issued order, there will be a big increase in the salary of the employees due to the increased dearness allowance rate. At the same time, up to Rs 7000-15000 will be made available to them as dearness allowance.
Increase in dearness allowance
There has been a marginal increase in the dearness allowance of bank employees. Actually, their dearness allowance has been increased at the rate of 2 percent. Along with this, the dearness relief of the pensioners of the bank will be paid under the agreement between the Bank Union Indian Bank Association on 11 November 2020. An order was issued regarding the dearness allowance of the bank employees. During the period August to October 2023, the order to increase the dearness allowance of the employees of the bank has been issued.
It was issued on the basis of AICPI from April to June. Tell that there has been a jump of 36 slabs in the increasing dearness allowance for bank employees. With this, their dearness allowance from August to October has gone up to 44.24 per cent. Earlier, from May to July, their dearness allowance was being paid at 41.72 per cent.
The salary of the employees will increase so much
- An increase of Rs 440 has been recorded in the salary of employees with 14500 basic pay, while they will be provided with the benefit of DA of Rs 6414.
- An increase of Rs 484 has been seen in the salary of employees getting Rs 16000 basic pay, while they will get Rs 7078 as DA.
- An increase of Rs 535 has been seen in the salary of employees getting Rs 17730 basic pay, while they will get Rs 7843 as DA.
- An increase of Rs 571 has been seen in the salary of employees with a basic pay of Rs 18960, while they will be given the benefit of dearness allowance 8387.
- An increase of Rs 632 has been seen in the salary of water employees with a basic pay of Rs 21055. He will get Rs 9314 as the same DA.
- The salary of the employees getting basic salary of Rs 25145 has been increased by Rs 752, along with this they will get a benefit of Rs 11124 in the form of dearness allowance.
- The salary of the employees getting basic salary of Rs 30145 has been increased by Rs 899, they will be provided Rs 13336 as dearness allowance.
- An increase of Rs 1104 will be seen in the salary of the employees getting Rs 37145 on basic. Same they will get the benefit of dearness allowance of Rs.16432.
Increase in salary of clerical staff
- An increase of Rs 540 has been seen in the salary of the employees getting a basic salary of Rs 17900, while they are being provided Rs 7918 as dearness allowance.
- An increase of Rs 664 has been seen in the salary of the employees getting 22130 basic salary, while they will get a benefit of Rs 9790 in the form of dearness allowance.
- Employees getting basic salary of Rs 26080 will see an increase of Rs 780, while their dearness allowance has increased to Rs 11537.
- An increase of Rs 811 will be seen from the salary of the employees getting a basic salary of Rs 30550, while a benefit of Rs 13515 will be provided to them in the form of dearness allowance.
- An increase of Rs 1063 will be seen in the salary of employees getting a basic salary of Rs 35740, while they will get Rs 15811 as dearness allowance.
- An increase of Rs 1215 will be seen in the salary of the employees getting a basic salary of Rs 40930, while they will get a benefit of Rs 18107 in the form of dearness allowance.
- An increase of Rs 1362 has been seen in the salary of the employees getting 45930, while they will get Rs 20319 as dearness allowance.
- With this, there will be an increase of Rs 1071 in the salary of employees getting basic pay of Rs 36000, they will get the benefit of dearness allowance of Rs 15926.
Increase in salary of officers
- There will be an increase of Rs 1245 in the salary of officers getting Rs 41960 basic pay, while they will get Rs 18563 as dearness allowance.
- There will be an increase of Rs 1377 in the salary of employees getting basic salary of Rs 46430, while they will get Rs 20540 as dearness allowance.
- There will be an increase of Rs 1537 in the salary of employees getting Rs 51910 salary, they will get Rs 22960 as dearness allowance.
- The salary of the employees getting basic salary of Rs 61850 will increase by Rs 1829, while they will get Rs 27362 as dearness allowance.
