Important preparations have been made by the Uttar Pradesh government. Under this, on one hand a proposal has been prepared to increase the dearness allowance by 10%. On the other hand, the honorarium will also be increased.

Proposal ready for increase in honorarium including dearness allowance

A proposal has been prepared by the Roadways Administration of Uttar Pradesh to increase the honorarium including dearness allowance of regular, contractual and outsourced employees after Diwali. Along with this, they will also be given promotion club. More than 52000 employees will benefit from this. The proposal is expected to be approved before November 20. With this, a big increase will be seen in their salary.

A proposal for 8% increase in the honorarium of contract employees along with 10% increase in the honorarium of regular employees has been prepared and sent to the government. Along with this, a proposal has been prepared to increase the honorarium of ITI trained employees working in the workshop by 20%. Proposals have also been prepared for departmental promotion at depot level and benefit of ACP.

With the approval of the proposal by the Uttar Pradesh government, its benefits will start coming. Outsourced workers will also get incentive allowance on Diwali. Workshop employees who did duty for 11 days from 10th to 20th November are to be paid Rs 1,500 while outsourced employees are to be paid a lump sum of Rs 1,800.

The employees who are to get benefits include 32,000 contract employees and 14,000 regular employees including 6,000 outsourced employees. According to the information, according to the Roadways Administration, the board’s approval has been taken on some proposals while approval is yet to be given on some others. For this, proposals have been sent to the government. The final approval will be given after Diwali. With which its orders will be issued.
