Increase in honorarium
The honorarium of thousands of employment assistants working in Madhya Pradesh has been increased. An order has been issued for this. Under the order issued, the honorarium of village employment assistants has been increased from ₹ 9000 to ₹ 18000. The decision was taken on 12 July. Information about issuing the order on Monday has been given by Public Relations Officer Pankaj Mittal.
Facilities are also available like government employees
The increase in the salary of employment assistants was being discussed for a long time. Salary hike was being demanded by the employment assistants. Now they are going to get the benefit of double salary. Along with this, facilities will also be made available to them like government employees.
This has been announced by the Chief Minister. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had announced that the honorarium being given to employment assistants would be increased. For which the order has been issued, now 18000 will be made available instead of 9000 monthly honorarium. Also, the service of employment assistants will not be terminated easily. Action will be taken on them only after departmental inquiry and other investigation and after adopting the necessary procedure.
Will get the benefit of leave
Not only this, employment assistants will also get the benefit of maternity leave along with general leave. Along with maternity leave, they will also get the benefit of paternity leave. Along with this, 50% seats will also be reserved for Employment Assistants in the appointment of Panchayat Secretary. Apart from this, it is also being talked about adopting the same process as that of Panchayat Secretary in relation to his transfer and appointment in future.
Tell that there are 23000 gram panchayats in the state, in every gram panchayat the elected sarpanch is the administrative officer secretary. Along with this, other administrative posts are considered to be employment assistants. The number of 23000 employment assistants has been given to them as a big gift before the elections.
