There is good news for thousands of employee teachers. His salary and honorarium has been doubled. For this, orders were issued by the department. The orders will be effective with immediate effect. In such a situation, an amount of up to Rs 18,000 will be sent to the employees’ accounts from the month of October.
Employees Honorarium Hike: The state government has given big relief to the employees and teachers before the elections. In fact, their salary, honorarium and dearness allowance are being increased. Meanwhile, the honorarium of employees and teachers has once again been increased. With the increase in the honorarium of teachers working in government schools, an amount of up to Rs 18,000 will be seen in their accounts. Orders have also been issued for this.
Honorarium increased so much
The honorarium of guest teachers working in government schools of MP has been increased. Now guest teachers of Class 1 will be paid a salary of Rs 18000 instead of Rs 9000, while guest teachers of Class 2 will be provided Rs 14000 as honorarium instead of Rs 7000. Whereas class 3 teachers will get the benefit of honorarium of Rs 10000 instead of Rs 5000.
Order issued
The proposal was placed in the Shivraj cabinet meeting. After getting the approval, the School Education Department has issued an order on Friday. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had earlier this month announced to double the number of guest teachers at Lal Parade Ground. After which orders have been issued by the School Education Department.
Along with these orders, other announcements were also made by the Chief Minister. In which now the contracts with guest teachers will not be for months but for the whole year. They will be given the benefit of honorarium on a fixed date of the month. Along with this, while making other announcements, the CM had said that guest teachers will also get the benefit of 25 to 50% reservation in the recruitment of teachers, this system will also be implemented from the next teacher recruitment.
With the issuance of orders regarding increase in honorarium, employees will start getting its benefits from the month of October. Along with the salary for the month of September, the amount of honorarium of teachers will be released in their account in October.
