In MP National Health Mission, the salary and grade pay of office doctors, officers and employees on contractual posts have been determined according to the seventh pay scale. An important announcement was made by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh 2 months ago for contractual employees and officers. In which it was said that they would also be given the benefit of the seventh pay scale. After this, orders were also issued to the departments in the General Administration Department.
Finance Department approval
In the meeting of the Governance Body of the State Health Committee on September 12 itself, a decision was made to determine the salary and grade pay. On which the approval of the Finance Department has been received. After getting the approval of the Finance Department, 51 cadre of Doctor Officer employees working on contractual posts in NHM will be paid salary as per the seventh pay scale. With the implementation of the seventh pay scale, an increase of Rs 2000 to Rs 15000 will be seen in the salaries of employees and officers.
Let us tell you that apart from Medical Officer, MBBS, the officers working on contract in NHM include Dental Surgeon MO, Sanjeevani Clinic MO, Community Health Officer and Medical Officer Ayush. Now they will be given the benefit of seventh pay scale. Along with this, their grade pay and entry pay have also been determined.
How much will the salary increase due to grade pay and pay band?
- The grade pay on the pay band of Rs 4400 to 7440 has been fixed at Rs 1300. With this, the entry pay has been fixed at Rs 6050.
- Grade pay has been fixed at Rs 1400 in the pay band of Rs 5200 to 20200. With this, the entry pay has been fixed at Rs 7000.
- Grade pay has been fixed at Rs 1400 in the pay band of Rs 9300 to Rs 34800. With this, the entry pay has been fixed at Rs 7000.
- The grade pay on the pay band of Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 has been fixed at Rs 2100. With this, the entry pay has been fixed at Rs 8610.
- The grade pay on the pay band of Rs 37400 to Rs 67000 has been fixed at Rs 2800. With this, the entry pay has been fixed at Rs 12500.
