Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited will cut the salary of more than 10000 executive years supervisor employee. His basic pay is to be cut by 15.5%. The deduction is to be done from the month of August i.e. from the month of September their salaries will come down. Tell that this reduction will affect 600 supervisors and 900 executives in Bhopal Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited.
If the basic salary of an employee is 1 lakh, then 15 to 16 thousand rupees less will be available to him. This information has been given to the unit by the Executive Director of BHEL Corporate. Till now 31% was being provided to the employees as allowance. Now it has been reduced by 50%.
Cut in salary
In such a situation, along with the basic salary, the employees will be given a benefit of 15.5% for other allowances including conveyance allowance, cleaning allowance and uniform allowance. There is a provision for pay revision in BHEL every 3 years. Employees are waiting for this from January 1, 2023. Pay revision is decided keeping in mind the profit and loss of 3 years. Earlier, BHEL was running at a loss of Rs 5000 crore. Whereas for the last 2 years, a profit of Rs 500 and 1000 crore has been considered.
Payment possible in arrears
The financial position of 3 years will be seen. Till then, the basic salary of all officers and supervisors has been reduced by 15.5%. If this deduction is rejected after review, the amount deducted will be returned to the employees as arrears.

However, the salaries of the lower staff will remain the same as before. 15000 employees will have to bear the loss of the same cut while more than 27000 officers and employees are working in 15 units of BHEL. It has been clarified in the order that the salaries of the lower staff will remain the same as before. The increment will be decided on the basis of the performance of the unit. Also, if a supervisor and executive leaves the job, then their salaries will be stopped from January 1, 2023.
