Employees Bonus: There is good news for Tata Cummins employees. They will be given the benefit of 19.5 percent bonus. An agreement has been signed for this. Under the agreement, government employees will be given a maximum benefit of Rs 130000 while a minimum of Rs 64000 will be released in their account.
Benefit of 19.5 percent bonus
Under the agreement signed by Tata Cummins, a 19.5 percent bonus has been given to the employees. In such a situation, they will be given a maximum benefit of Rs 130241 while a minimum of Rs 64312 will be given in their account. On average they will be given the benefit of Rs 1 lakh 5 thousand 448 bonus.
Rs 8 crore 35 lakh will be distributed in bonus
Rs 8 crore 35 lakh will be distributed among the total 790 employees of the company. The bonus amount will be sent to the employees’ accounts on Friday itself. In such a situation, the amount will come into their account today. The bonus formula which was prepared by the union last year. On the same basis, an agreement of bonus percentage of 19.5 has been made.
Got 18.5% bonus last year
In such a situation, the employees are going to get big benefits before Durga Puja. The formula for bonus in Tata Cummins will continue for the year 2022. The union will make bonus agreement on the old formula only till 2026. In such a situation, in the bonus formula, production has been fixed at 9, profit at 8 and BIS at 3 points. Earlier, Tata Cummins employees had received 18.5% bonus last year. Under the agreement, a minimum of Rs 38519 and a maximum of Rs 99880 were sent to the employees.
