Government employees appointed through direct recruitment process will be given the benefits of full pay scale from the first year itself. Earlier his salary was deducted for 3 years. They were paid salaries at the rate of 70%, 80% and 90% of the basic salary for 3 years. From the fourth year onwards they were provided the benefits of the full pay scale. Now the employees will be given the benefit of minimum pay scale from the first year itself.
