Employees Salary Hike: Relief news for employees! 2 months’ outstanding salary will be paid, salary will be credited to account by 10th November

BJP leader Dinesh Jaiswal had requested the Heavy Industries Ministry and the top management to give three months’ salary in view of Diwali and the great festival Chhath. After which the Ministry and the management have agreed on the payment of 2 months salary, that within two days, the salary of two months will be paid to all the employees and officers.

In such a situation, there will be a big increase in their salary. Along with the payment of salary, up to Rs 80,000 will be sent to their account before Diwali. The BJP leader said that along with this, the smooth running of HEC has been discussed. There has also been discussion on implementing PF and medical insurance as soon as possible.

Not only this, important decisions have been taken in the management meeting. In which it has been said that next week there will be a high level meeting regarding the better future of HEC. HEC employees are owed 21 months’ salary. He is continuously agitating regarding this. In such a situation, 2 months salary will be paid before Diwali.
