EPF Interest Rate Credit Date: Everyone is waiting for the interest returns for FY2023-24 in the Employee’s Provident Fund, a scheme run by EPFO for salaried professionals. The government credits interest annually on the PF money deducted from the employees’ salaries every month, but there was no official news on when the money would arrive for this past financial year. EPFO has responded to this question of a subscriber.

When will EPF money arrive?

Actually, EPFO had posted a quiz on X, on which a subscriber asked when will the EPF interest come for FY 2023-24. To this, the organization said, “This process is in the pipeline and will be visible in the account soon. Whenever the interest is credited, the entire interest will be sent. Subscribers will not suffer any loss on interest.” Currently EPF Interest Rate is 8.25%.

However, EPFO has been giving such answers earlier also, hence it is not clear from this when the interest will come, however, there are reports quoting sources that it may take two-three months for the interest to be credited. It is possible that by this time the subscribers will get their interest.
