According to EPFO, eligible employees can apply for higher pension through necessary documents, if they do not have the proof required in para 26(6). If the employee wants to join EPS, then he has to give a joint declaration form. However, his salary should be more than the basic salary.

To fill the online application form for EPFO Higher Pension, you will need some documents, such as UAN, pension payment order, certificate of payment made above the salary limit in EPF account.
