During this, Gautam Buddha Nagar Traffic Police has announced a new rule to deal with the jam situation on the expressway. The traffic police has declared Noida Expressway as a breakdown challan area. Under this rule, if a vehicle breaks down on Noida Greater Noida Expressway and due to this a traffic jam problem arises. So the police can issue a challan for it. Not only this, apart from this, the vehicle can also be seized.
This rule will be applicable on these vehicles

This creates the problem of long traffic jams. In view of this, the traffic police has taken a big step to deal with the jam on the expressway. The traffic police has declared the Noida Expressway as a breakdown challan area.
In this situation, invoice will not be made
The expressway has been declared a breakdown challan. Apart from this, the problems arising due to vehicle breakdown have also been taken care of. If someone’s vehicle suddenly breaks down and he asks for help from the front, then there will be no challan. But if the vehicle breaks down and is responsible for increasing the jam, then a fine will be imposed.
Action has been taken against these vehicles
DCP Traffic in a special conversation with Local 18 said that if the vehicle does not have fitness certificate and documents, then the police can also seize that vehicle. He further said that private vehicle drivers do not need to worry about this rule. Because right now action is being taken only against commercial vehicles. It has been implemented since the beginning of February. Along with this, action has been taken against about 50 vehicles in the first 10 days.
Fine will be imposed from 5000 to 20000
According to the traffic police, this fine will be imposed under section 201 of the Motor Vehicles Act. In this act, provision has been made for traffic jam on the road. In which a fine of 5000 to 20000 can be collected. A different thing is being done regarding this.
