The CNG tractor launched has been built by ROMAT Techno Solution and Tomasetto Acile India. It is being claimed that with the help of this tractor, the income of the farmers will increase as their expenses will be reduced. The CNG tractor is expected to save up to 1 lakh rupees in fuel expenses of farmers every year. If the expenses are cut, it is natural to increase savings and in such a situation it will have a positive effect on their standard of living.

The CNG tractor is designed with new technology. CNG tractor emits 70 percent less emissions than diesel tractor, which will cause less pollution. The CNG fitted tractors do not have the lead volume because of this the engine will work for a long time. The life of the CNG engine will be longer than the engine of conventional tractors and the maintenance charge will also be less. The income of farmers from CNG tractors is also set to increase as the price of diesel is double that of CNG. The way petrol and diesel prices are increasing, CNG tractor will prove to be very economical in such a situation, there is every hope of that.
