You can complete this process by visiting the nearest branch of the Fastag issuing bank. For this you will have to fill the application form with updated details.
New Delhi: National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is all set to launch its One Vehicle, One FASTag initiative. These initiatives will enable the electronic toll collection system to function efficiently. With this initiative, traffic at the toll plaza will also become easier.
After the new rule comes, now those people are going to face problems who used to drive multiple vehicles with one Fastag. NHAI has asked FASTag users to complete their KYC process as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India. If you do not do this, it will expire after January 31.
How to do FASTag KYC?
- To update FASTag KYC online, you have to follow the steps given below-
- First of all go to IHMCL Fastag portal.
- After this log in with the mobile number.
- Click on My Profile.
- Check KYC status. Now click on KYC tab and select Customer Type.
- Now, add the mandatory fields along with ID along with address proof documents.
- In this way your FASTag will be updated online.
To update FASTag KYC offline, you have to follow the steps given below-
