In this series, a special FD scheme of public sector Punjab and Sind Bank is going to end this month i.e. on 31st January.

There is less time left to invest in Punjab and Sindh Bank’s special FD ‘Dhanalakshmi 444 Days’. Only 5 days are left to invest in this special FD. According to the official website of Punjab and Sindh Bank, you can invest in this FD till January 31, 2024.

8.05 percent interest to super senior citizens

The investment period in this special FD named Dhanlaxmi is 444 days. In this FD, general citizens are getting 7.4 percent interest, senior citizens are getting 7.9 percent interest and super senior citizens are getting 8.05 percent interest.

Recently a fine of Rs 1 crore was imposed on Punjab and Sindh Bank.

The central bank had imposed a fine of Rs 1 crore on the state-owned Punjab and Sindh Bank for violating loan rules. This fine was imposed due to lack of customer service.
