The registration amount for an EWS flat priced at Rs 5.35 lakh is Rs 25,000. At the same time, the registration amount for a LIG flat worth Rs 12.58 lakh is Rs 60,000. The form can be obtained from any branch of HDFC Bank in NCR.
What will be the size
The built-up area of the EWS category flat is 281.58 square feet (26.16 meters). This flat with a carpet area of 231.39 feet will have living area, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.
