Air Ticket Sale: Even before Independence Day, Air India Express airline is painted in the color of freedom. The airline has brought Freedom Sale for air travelers.

New Delhi. On the occasion of Independence Day, Tata Group’s airline Air India Express has launched ‘Freedom Sale’. To celebrate 77 years of independence, the airline is giving passengers a chance to travel by air for only Rs 1947. The airline is giving passengers a chance to book cheap tickets on its 15 international and 32 domestic routes. This also includes routes like Delhi-Jaipur, Bengaluru-Goa, Delhi-Gwalior.

The airline announced the Freedom Sale in a post on ‘X’ and wrote, “Join us as we celebrate 77 years of independence with our #FreedomSale. Express Lite fare starts at ₹ 1947.” The post read, Air India Express is also offering up to 47 percent discount on business and prime seats, gourmet hot meals and add-on packs for members logged in on the airline’s website and app.

You can book till 5th August

This sale is open for customers till 5th August 2024. Passengers can book for travel between 20th August to 30th September 2024. To avail the offer, air passengers have to make their booking before 5th August.

By booking on Air India Express website Airindiaexpress.com, customers can also avail the benefit of exclusive zero-check-in baggage express light fare. Under the express light fare, pre-booking facility of 3 kg cabin baggage is available without any additional charge. Also, passengers can carry 15 kg baggage on domestic flights by paying Rs 1000 and 20 kg baggage on international flights by paying Rs 1300.
