Night beauty routine for oily skin 

Poonam says, ‘If your skin is oily, then you will also have the problem of large pores . Therefore you should include multani mitti and lemon in the night beauty routine to reduce the size of the skin pores. Poonam also tells the way-

Material 

1 tsp multani mitti

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp aloe vera gel

Method 

  • Take a bowl, add multani mitti, lemon juice and aloe vera gel in it.
  • Mix this mixture well and prepare a smooth paste.
  • Apply this paste on the face.
  • After 10 minutes remove this paste by rubbing it on the face.
  • After this, definitely apply water based moisturizer on the face.

Tip- Poonam says, ‘Don’t let any multani mitti face pack dry on the skin, rather remove it beforehand, as it makes the skin very dry.’

Advantage- 

  1. Multani mitti controls the excess oil coming out of the skin.
  2. Multani mitti maintains the elasticity of the skin and does not allow the problem of wrinkles.
  3. Multani mitti has anti-aging properties. Applying it on the skin tightens it and makes it soft.

Night beauty routine for dry skin 

Those with dry skin should try such a beauty routine before sleeping at night, which will keep their skin hydrated. Poonam says, ‘Between sleeping at night and getting up in the morning, our body gets dehydrated. Therefore, drink 2 glasses of water 1 hour before sleeping and drink 1 glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Apart from this, you should use coconut water and aloe vera gel. Poonam also tells how to use these two ingredients-

Coconut water can be used as a toner on the face. It is not only anti-aging, but it also contains a lot of vitamin-C which reduces the problem of pigmentation.

Aloe vera gel is a natural moisturizer for the skin. You can apply it on the face before sleeping at night. Poonam says, ‘If you have an allergy by applying aloe vera directly on the skin, then mix it with rose water and apply it.’ Aloe vera contains zinc astringent, which reduces the size of skin pores and maintains skin tightness.

Night Beauty Routine for Combination Skin 

Combination skin is considered the best. This type of skin is neither oily nor dry. But sometimes people with this type of skin type have oily areas like T-zone, jaw line and cheekbones. This makes them prone to acne and black and whiteheads . Poonam says, ‘Like oily and dry skin, people with combination skin should also take full care of their skin. To take extra care of their skin, those with such skin type should include coffee and Vitamin-E oil in their night beauty routine. Poonam explains its benefits and how to use-

Material 

  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 drops Vitamin-E oil

Method 

  • Mix coffee powder, honey and vitamin-E oil well and scrub the face with it for 2 minutes.
  • Now wash the face with water and moisturize.
  • Try this beauty routine regularly at night.

Other way- 

Mixing 2 drops of Vitamin-E oil and rose water , massage the skin for 5 minutes before sleeping at night and go to sleep after applying it. There can be no easier anti aging home remedy than this. Vitamin-E oil is also anti-inflammatory. Due to this, the complaint of swelling in the skin also goes away.
